SOS provides a number of training videos that are targeted at our customers' staff:

  • Members of the team that is in charge of operating the SOS products (Service Desk, Application Managers)
  • Members who are registered to the SOS Ticket System

SOS asks its customers to enable all staff members with access to the SOS Ticket System to watch the following videos
