• Bidirectional interfaces to ERP system that transfer data to and from the PIM systems.

• Fully automatic generation of data sheets via an InDESIGN Server. The sheets are then directly transferred as PDFs to follow-on systems.
• Automatic transfer of product information at regular intervals to Web Content Management systems, configurators, selectors and eShops.

NetEye is now in use by over 250 companies in 13 countries, and has developed over the last twelve years to provide an extensive range of features. Key functions such as Asset & Inventory management and Real User Experience functions have been integrated, and Incident, Request Fulfillment and Capacity- und Service Management have been adapted to meet ITIL standards. In addition, applications such as ntop Traffic Monitoring; JobScheduler, the planning and application process automation tool from the SOS GmbH and the Alexa performance control application have been added to NetEye, along with numerous developments of our own and Business Service Monitoring components. This means that the functions NetEye provides extend much further than the standard monitoring provided by Open Source applications.
