SOS provides a number of training videos that are targeted at our customers' staff:
- Members of the team that is in charge of operating the SOS products (Service Desk, Application Managers)
- Members who are registered to the SOS Ticket System
SOS asks its customers to enable all staff members with access to the SOS Ticket System to watch the following videos
Introduction to SOS Support Options
- This video provides an overview of the Support Options that the SOS GmbH provides for their JobScheduler workload automation application and YADE Managed File Transfer solution.
