We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Product Knowledge Base, which replaces our MediaWiki FAQ site.
We see this move as an important step on the way to significantly improving the information resources available for our community. We are also hoping that this move will help increase community participation.
Migrating a Wiki is a challenge. We are currently in the not inconsiderable process of correcting, reorganizing and updating content. Whilst we have attempted to set up redirects for the most often visited pages, it is possible that you have to use the search function before resetting an old bookmark.
We would also like to draw your attention to our Community Resources page that outlines how you, the user, can help get our community ball rolling and participate in improving the JobScheduler and JADE experience.
Our goal behind the move from MediaWiki to Confluence was to increase our efficiency in writing and to enable a more collaborative approach towards our community.
