A recent visitor to our offices, Mr. Daisuke Ikeda from TIS Inc, Japan, has published a short review of JobScheduer in Japanese in his company's widely read technical blog, “Tech-Sketch”.

His article, which provides a favourable impression of JobScheduler, concentrates on describing the most important features of JobScheduler, placing particular emphasis on JobScheduler's open source licensing.

Daisuke Ikeda writes that JobScheduler is relatively unknown in Japan, which may well have to do with the absence of a Japanese interface. Despite this, however, he recommends JobScheduler as an application worth further investigation, particularly when used in combination with Jade, our managed file transfer application.

Daisuke Ikeda reports that the article quickly generated a lot interest amongst operation managers and that he plans to publish a further article describing his experiences configuring and using JobScheduler in more detail.
We are looking forward to hearing from him.
