This maintenance release brings 12 fixes and 7 minor new features in JobScheduler and YADE to subscribers of Long Term Support:
Features
- Support for Universal Agent
- JS-861: Agent should start a process for a specific Windows account
Running jobs as a different user: The Universal Agent can now switch user accounts on Windows Systems, with authentication information being stored with the Windows Credential Manager. This solution provides a secure and compliant implementation that does not require the main Agent process to be run as root.

- SET-101: timeouts added for smtp connection with default 5 seconds
Fixes
- JS-1717: JobScheduler gets correct file timestamps after Windows 10 update
- JS-1720: Exception when executing a powershell job on a Windows machine with default Ansi Code Page=UTF
- JS-1721: HeartBeat-Watchdog-Thread in a cluster configuration doesn't work if the database server is very slow (takes more than 1 minute to respond)
