The speaker in the photo is Suguru Akiho of TIS.
Mr. Akiho presented an overview of JobScheduler, Kenichi Inoue (Artisan Edge) described a case study and Satoru Funai of ISS Labs gave an introduction to the Japanese user group.
The slides from the presentation are available online.

Asked about the high degree of interest in JobScheduler, Mr Funai said that the DevOps movement has getting huge attention in Japan this year, along with OSS tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Puppet, Chef etc.
In addition, he said the job control tool market in Japan is dominated by commercial products such as JP1, tivoli or A-Auto and many Japanese users simply did not know that an OSS job control tool such as JobScheduler exists.
The Japan JobScheduler user group are well on their way to changing that!
