JobScheduler Architecture
The JobScheduler architecture includes the following components:
- The JOC Cockpit user interface and Web Service can be used to control any number of JobScheduler Master instances.
- A JobScheduler Master instance can be operated in standalone mode or as a passive cluster.
- JobScheduler Agent instances are operated on top of existing servers to execute programs and scripts. Agents are controlled by Master instances that forward job execution requests.
