Open Source license users can submit bug reports, feature requests and support requests to our SourceForge Ticket Systems:
Please, keep in mind that these Ticket Systems are a community effort with many helpful users around to answer questions and provide recommendations. While the SOS is constantly involved in ticket resolution, we cannot guarantee timely answers to all your requests.
In addition, please follow the guidelines given in What information will SOS need when you submit a support request? when submitting tickets.
Customers with Commercial Licenses
Customers can report issues to our Ticket System. They are guaranteed response times and receive immediate support in case of production standstill.
