Job Scheduler

Because a job documentation file can be stored on a place in the filesystem outside of the job scheduler installation tree, the job scheduler must deliver the complete url to the xml documentation file in the XML answer for a job status. Therefore the job scheduler must determine internaly the http_directory mapping (xml configuration scheduler.xml) <http_server> <http_directory). Further the XML answer for command show_job contains a new XML attribute "description_url" (spooler.answer.job description_url). The attribute has_description is not affected and must still be "yes" if a description is available.
