Job Scheduler

For some jobs/job chains with reliable average durations, a prognosis of the remaining time based on previous executions could be displayed. This will not make sense for all jobs, so it should be configurable: <job show_estimate="yes|no"/> <job_chain show_estimate="yes|no"/> Job Scheduler calculates the prognosis as in JS-328 and adds the estimate to the xml answer (in <task estimated_completion_time="yyyy-mm-td hh:mm:ss.mmm"> and <order estimated_completion_time="yyyy-mm-td hh:mm:ss.mmm">) Possible improvements: Record and show cpu time Show average (min/max) duration in <job> xml answer
